I went there 2 times, the first time the person I made an appointment with did not do it, and the second time, an arrogant manicurist named Maria thinned and broke all my nails. When I said my nail was broken, she said "you always break it like that", raising her voice. She doesn't even apply cream to the hands, Ms. Maria says, "If you want to apply it, do it yourself." A very unprofessional, incompetent and arrogant employee.
