I booked appointments at 9:30 and it was confirmed. I had to book a taxi rather than walking to make it on time. But when I got there no one knew I had appointments and I was told that I need to wait until 10:15. There are some attitudes and behaviours from the receptionists (girls) which is not customer friendly at all. After 45 minutes I was told I had appointment with Negin for my nails. She was really helpful and quick which made me feel better.

I have been to lots of beauty salons in my life and this one was the worst of them! I did my nails and my hairs for my friend’s wedding there! The person who did my nails leaved scars under all my nails ! And the hairstylist was by far the most terrible! All they use is the hairspray on your hair they had to wash my hair again and style again which I was not satisfied but I went with it because I did not have time! Terrible terrible salon!!!

I had a delightful experience at this salon in Istanbul. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the salon itself was beautiful. I had a Keratin treatment done by Aram, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Aram's professionalism and expertise were outstanding. I highly recommend this salon to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a top-notch place to pamper themselves

The hair salon is very complete with very good decor. I don't know about the price. The behavior of the staff is friendly and good. You can park your car in front of the barbershop, which is a very good option in Istanbul. As a comment: it would have been better to have a space for simple drinks and refreshments such as water, coffee and tea in a self-service manner.

The employees are very friendly. They speak Arabic and English. I recommend Nadir if you want to style your hair he is very professional ??. Also the prices are very reasonable. Other salons would charge me for 250 for my short hair and they charge me only for 100 tl

Very friendly and client oriented team, a variety of services offered (manicure, pedicure, facials, massages etc.) Everything clean, professional and to highest hygiene standards. I had manicure and pedicure done for New Year, some facial treatments and a massage. Prices very good for the quality provided. Have added the place to my favorites when in Istanbul :)

I'm very glad I found this salon! For those who miss the Moscow level of service. Polite administrators, convenient location, beautiful interior, and, of course, good craftsmen. I would especially like to highlight the master Maria - a very nice girl, neat, I liked both her extension and just gel polish. Please keep the bar set high.)

Did my manicure here for the first time in my life. Everyone was nice and the service was top notch. The girl who did my manicure understood very well the design that I wanted. I recommend to all men and women who want to get their nails done!! ??

I love Elena and adore this place. They are very meticulous and want to give you the most perfect mani and pedicure possible. This place is my first stop whenever I am in Istanbul and it always is delightful. They offer other services in addition to manicure and pedicure (eyebrow contouring, eyelash extension, and other things check out their instagram)
