I did my hydra facial from BukBeauty. And it was worse experience. The girl was very inexperienced. She brutally damaged my skin, upon realising she did everything to cover it up. But bumps appeared on my face. It was burning and hurting. She finished and they said “its normal to have red skin and bumps and it will go away in 2-3 hours”. But it didn’t go away. Redness is may be normal but the cuts or bumps ? It was like skin has peeled off brutally from 2-3 places. Anyways I feel sorry I paid them to ruin my skin. I never wanted to write a bad review but I do not want any one else like me go through same experience. Because I came from other side of Istanbul just for a good hydra facial.

My honest review with Buk Beauty The place has been newly open I love the interior Friendly workers English and Arabic translation is available I’ve tried eyelash lifting - for the eyelash lifting it’s our second time to tell the worker to please wear a mask since the process is done on the face which means close contact - however I’m in love with the result For the manicure and pedicure I suggest Buk Beauty to add more treatments. In my experience the worker was trying to finish fast even the scrub she put it on top of my feet only and not around. Not to mention there was no moisturizing afterwards which is strange. For the manicure the worker was professional and friendly I just didn’t like how I had to scrub my hands by myself and how I had to stand up and wash it afterwards. There were no warm pots to place my hands in as the norm in the manicure process. The total price was 370 (pedicure + manicure)

I got 2 services here: hydrafacial & laser hair removal. My hydrafacial was fine, and it was a great price ($27USD). But my laser hair removal could have been better. I got laser hair removal for my armpits, arms, and legs. The lady didn't perform a thorough job; she missed some parts on my legs (which still have hair growing). So because of the lackluster job, I am knocking off some stars.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They are highly unprofessional and rude people. They don’t care about their customers. They mistreat their customers. They wasted my whole day, by not providing the service which I booked at their salon.

I did my nails at their place. I liked it this time, and they were all smiling, and the receptionist was crazy, honey, an Arab time, so you don't need a translator☺️❤️

Buk Beauty's staff is very friendly and caring. They always try to help. The hygiene of the center is also very good.
