If I could give -0 I would. If you are any person of colour I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I have never experienced such bad customer service in any place ever. The staff members were laughing at me and in front of me. They were so disrespectful and I was made fun of. I will say thank you for the trainee who did my hair and the person who explained my treatment other than this there is not much to say about this place.

I’m a regular customer of this place already .. I travel from Dubai to do my hair there and it’s simply amazing! Everyone is so professional and friendly!! And the most important,I never had damaged my hair, even after bleaching, because they know their work and take care of your hair!!! I would like to thank Kaan especially and Mr Emrah himself, as well Hamza. These people are top top professionals!!! Definitely recommended! The best salon in this world ??

Unfortunately, I agree with the other reviews. If you’re a tourist, go elsewhere. I booked an appointment on WhatsApp and asked for the prices beforehand. They quoted me 600-800 and I had proof of those messages. I also wanted a keratin treatment. I made triple what was quoted, I didn’t even get the right keratin treatment I wanted and I stopped them in the beginning asking them what I was getting cause it didn’t seem right. They said They already started and that they don’t recommend what I wanted. Nobody spoke English and they blamed me for things getting lost in translation when I had texts and translated for them. They also had the nerve to tell me that what I was doing (which was asking questions and being rightfully upset about my treatment and prices) was disrespectful. I was clearly unhappy and as a peace-offering they said I could come back to get the original treatment I asked for at a discounted price LOL. It cost me the same as it would have in my home country but I would’ve gotten better service and what I asked for. I didn’t even get the look I wanted in the end. Sad to leave this review but would like others to know.

Avoid! Over priced and poor work I was excited to get my hair done after looking at their instagram, unfortunately my excitement was shortly lived as it was the worse result I have ever had. I l had to redo my hair at another salon (the day after) who were shocked as I paid $1300 euro for the worse colour and hair extensions, I looked like I was wearing a tacky wig. I also had to leave as I was late home to take my medication and the girl got angry because she had to style my hair to take a photo, I had to argue the fact that I needed to leave, over paid for a service that I didn’t even like so I wasn’t going to sit around for them to make content.

I was curious and went because there were 3 employees who insisted that if you wanted coffee, you could get it from the front. They say buy it from Espressolab. The haircut was good, I thank the person who cut it for his effort and service. As a business, I would not recommend it to anyone after my last visit. I actually went for hair care. She applied the hair care mixture within 3-4 minutes and did not even touch most of the parts. When I came last time, hair loss decreased after 3-4 days. Now of course it didn't work. It's impossible for it to do any good for my hair, it took 7-8 brushes anyway. I will never go again.
